Ability to act independently with strong motivation
Demonstrated commitment to social justice and issues that domestic violence survivors face
Previous experience in managing hotline a plus
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage hotline phone calls/ service inquiries during business hours (Mon – Fri, 9 am – 5 pm)
Provide thorough referrals to connect clients with other services
Maintain caller confidentiality during intake process
